We put a lot of heart into our products! We would love to understand the reasoning leading to a return. We would greatly appreciate additional feedback as to why the product did not meet your needs.

Our current return policy states that all products sent back to meena-Project will be at the cost of the consumer.

14 Days to Return

The customer has 14 days from receiving the product to be returned.

Returns and Exchanges

Please let us know by emailing us about your return request. Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, payment return will be completed within approximately 5 business days and a confirmation email will be sent. Visibly worn, washed or damaged goods being returned will not be accepted. Please be cautions when trying on products, in order to avoid makeup or deodorant stains. We have the right not to not accept a return if it is not sent back in the state in which it was received by the customer.

If the return intention is to be exchanged for a new style, a new and separate purchase should be placed via the online shop.

STORE / THIRD PARTY RETAIL RETURNS

The return policy from the physical retail store in which the Meena-Project blouse was purchased must be followed. The online shop (meena-project.de) does not accept returns from in-store purchases.
